Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience in retail or store management

Job Duties
- Oversees management of all sections to achieve sales targets by monitoring product display
- Assures that product analysis is carried out in all sections to identify shortcomings, competition and trends
- Executes commercial analysis to improve sales
- Communicates continuously with central and country sales teams and monitors communication flow across departments
- Supervises warehouse stock management and merchandise flows
- Organizes and plans people and processes ensuring team productivity
- Ensures technological systems operate well to provide a good shopping experience
- Monitors compliance with omnichannel-related processes
- Oversees new project implementations and operational upgrades
- Coordinates action plans to minimize shrinkage
- Leads customer service standards and incident resolution
- Supervises performance and professional development of all store managers
- Manages budget of hours and ensures appropriate scheduling
- Oversees all types of training and succession planning
- Ensures compliance with occupational risk prevention and health and safety standards
