Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work real-life hours (11:00 am to 10:00 pm) without drive-thru shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic and motivational personality
- Ability to set high standards for self and team
- Availability for performance-based bonuses participation
