Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

- ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
- available to work all shifts and weekends
- ability to pass background check and drug screen
- valid driver’s license and good driving record

- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- ability to balance hands-on work with effective delegation skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
- proven ability to train and develop staff
- solid organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- ability to balance hands-on work with effective delegation
- good references
Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff
- schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow
- manage labor costs to meet company standards
- train the management team and crew using current training systems
- evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans
- maintain a cooperative and harmonious working environment
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- assist with crew member duties
- conduct team meetings to discuss operational procedures and promotions
- maintain adequate supplies and control inventory costs
- ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
- maintain building and equipment using proper procedures
- manage cash handling and ensure adherence to cash procedures
- ensure professional personal appearance
- adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures
- represent the company professionally at all times
