Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience in related operations
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
  • Experience in food service management
  • Strong knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally and confidently

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience
  • Experience managing food service operations with strong safety and sanitation compliance knowledge
  • Demonstrated employee engagement leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with executive-level stakeholders
  • Passion for customer service and hospitality excellence
  • Flexibility and initiative to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System and Environmental Services operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide full oversight of day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate and lead all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
  • Deliver high-quality food services and environmental services
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and performance goals
  • Develop and maintain strong client and resident relationships, including interaction at the C-suite level
  • Ensure HACCP, regulatory, and Sodexo standards compliance
  • Engage daily with residents, families, and clinical teams to support satisfaction and service excellence
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and hospitality
