Job Requirements
- valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work in varying temperature conditions
- strong judgment and math skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow company policy and procedures strictly
- effective leadership and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- effective verbal communication skills with customers and coworkers
- proficiency in operating all equipment related to store functions
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly

- experience in managing customer service standards
- prior experience in multitasking and handling a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- oversee all cost controls including inventory and cash control
- manage customer relations and ensure great customer service
- enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
- handle staffing and scheduling
- complete necessary paperwork and maintain store cleanliness
- manage food preparation and inventory
- execute marketing initiatives and work to increase store profitability
