Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of leadership experience with financial responsibility in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
- Strong commitment to creating a great workplace and delivering outstanding customer service
- Willingness to lead by example and perform tasks at all levels of restaurant operation
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to build a high-performing team
- Maintain operational standards and oversee daily restaurant functions
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment
- Implement and monitor performance-based bonus programs
