Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to work flexible hours within the restaurant’s operating schedule

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- lead, mentor, and motivate the management team

- implement company policies and procedures
- participate in secret shopper evaluations and use feedback to improve operations
