Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of restaurant leadership experience with financial responsibility
- Ability to work within operational hours of 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure financial success and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to create a positive work environment
- Oversee food safety and quality standards to maintain Five Guys’ reputation
- Implement performance-based bonus criteria focusing on food safety and customer experience
- Ensure adherence to company policies and core convictions
- Facilitate hiring, training, and scheduling of staff
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to achieve targets
