Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Two plus years of restaurant industry leadership experience
- Experience managing financial results
- Ability to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be honest, energetic, motivational, and fun
- Ability to lead by example and set high standards for self and others
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of restaurant leadership experience with financial responsibility
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving results
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work within operational hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality customer experiences
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, cost control, and profitability
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Implement company policies and procedures with integrity
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
