Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
- availability to work from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality
- ability to set high standards for self and team
- legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations to ensure financial success and superior customer service
- lead and motivate team members to create a positive and productive work environment
- uphold Five Guys core convictions by setting high standards and leading by example
- oversee food safety practices and compliance with health regulations
- implement and monitor performance-based bonus programs focused on food safety and customer experience
- manage staffing schedules and employee development initiatives
- ensure completion of secret shopper evaluations and take corrective actions as needed
