Job Requirements
- Two plus years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work hours aligning with restaurant operations from 11 am to 10 pm
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
- Commitment to upholding company standards and core convictions

Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service

- Monitor day-to-day operations and resolve customer issues
- Implement and uphold Five Guys core convictions in daily activities
