- Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
- Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly

- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage store operations and drive results including, but not limited to, cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality
- Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members
- Manage food safety and team member safety
- Provide best in class customer service
- Increase sales and profit potential
