  • minimum one year of prior general manager experience
  • knowledge of basic operational procedures and cost management
  • experience in recruiting and developing employees
  • ability to lead food safety protocols
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to operate technology systems
  • valid driver’s license with a safe driving record preferred
