Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a management role
  • Customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor
  • Proficient math skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
  • Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage store operations and drive results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality
  • Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members
  • Manage food safety and team member safety
  • Provide best in class customer service
  • Increase sales and profit potential
