Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior experience in a management role
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor
- Proficient math skills
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
- Customer service experience
- Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- High school education or equivalent

- Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage store operations and drive results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality
- Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members
- Manage food safety and team member safety
- Provide best in class customer service
- Increase sales and profit potential
