- 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- proven track record of managing financial results
- availability to work real-life business hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- strong commitment to team building and employee engagement

Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment
- manage financial results including budgeting, cost control, and maximizing revenue
- implement and enforce food safety and quality standards
- provide an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards
- conduct employee training and development to support career growth
- monitor performance through secret shops and apply bonus plans accordingly
