Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • proven track record of managing financial results
  • availability to work real-life business hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • strong commitment to team building and employee engagement

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment
  • manage financial results including budgeting, cost control, and maximizing revenue
  • implement and enforce food safety and quality standards
  • provide an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards
  • conduct employee training and development to support career growth
  • monitor performance through secret shops and apply bonus plans accordingly
