Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
Ability to create a positive and motivating work environment
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality
High standards for self and team
Availability to work hours between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm
Willingness to follow company policies and operational procedures

Job Duties

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve financial and service goals
Ensure food safety, quality standards and customer satisfaction
Manage daily operational tasks including scheduling, inventory and cash handling
Implement company policies and uphold Five Guys core convictions
Train and develop team members to foster a positive work environment
Monitor and improve restaurant performance through secret shops and customer feedback
Participate in hiring and employee management activities
