Job Requirements
- At least two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- High level of honesty, energy, motivation, and fun
- Commitment to setting and maintaining high standards
- Availability to work during operational hours from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Willingness to participate in company training and development programs

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to create a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve budgeted goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and ordering processes
- Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
