Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of leadership experience in restaurant management
- Experience managing financial performance and budgets
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to work flexible hours within restaurant operating times
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Willingness to set and uphold high standards for self and team

Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure financial success

- Conduct regular evaluations and coaching sessions with staff
