  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with financial management responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or higher preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain financial accountability including budgeting, cost control, and profitability
  • Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
  • Develop and execute staff training and development programs
  • Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve service and product quality
  • Uphold company core values and lead by example to foster a positive work environment
