Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Demonstrated responsibility for financial results
- Strong customer service orientation
- Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
- Ability to set and maintain high standards for self and team
- Immediate availability upon hire for leadership role

Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with financial management responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or higher preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain financial accountability including budgeting, cost control, and profitability
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Develop and execute staff training and development programs
- Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve service and product quality
- Uphold company core values and lead by example to foster a positive work environment
