Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and reach frequently
- Must be able to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing stairs
- Strong navigational skills to locate delivery addresses
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate all restaurant equipment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of shift operations including cost controls and inventory control
- Maintain cash control and ensure accurate cash handling
- Set an example by following all company policies and procedures
- Staff and schedule team members efficiently
- Manage food quality and store cleanliness
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer relations
- Oversee marketing activities and strive for store profitability
