Job Requirements
- Two plus years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
- Strong commitment to creating a positive work environment
- Passion for serving outstanding food with excellent customer service
- Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
- High personal and team standards
- Availability to work hours between 11 am and 10 pm
- Willingness to lead by example and participate in daily restaurant operations

- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven ability to manage financial results and operational performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations to achieve financial targets and ensure high-quality customer service

- Manage scheduling, training, and development of staff
- Monitor and improve financial performance through budgeting and cost control
