Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Implement and maintain food safety and health regulations
  • Conduct regular staff training and evaluations
  • Participate and motivate team during secret shopper evaluations to maintain high operation standards
