Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve high standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
- Oversee food safety compliance and inventory management
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Implement company policies and uphold Five Guys core convictions
