Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- Availability to work during standard restaurant hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Ability to manage financial responsibilities and achieve performance targets
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service

- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed budget goals
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
