Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum one year General Manager experience
- understanding of basic operations procedures and cost management
- experience in staff recruitment and development
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to lead and enforce food safety protocols
- capability to operate and troubleshoot technology
- valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred
