Job Requirements

  • education equivalent to high school diploma or higher
  • at least 2 years of restaurant management leadership experience
  • ability to work within scheduled hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • strong organizational and team management skills
  • ability to uphold company’s core convictions and values
  • eligibility to work in the country
  • willingness to participate in performance-based bonuses

Job Duties

  • lead financial performance and operational management to meet business goals

  • conduct regular secret shop evaluations and address feedback
  • recruit, train, and develop team members for continuous growth
