Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Demonstrated responsibility for financial results
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Willingness to lead by example and perform hands-on tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain high energy and motivational presence during shifts

Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet budgetary goals
- Recruit, train, and develop team members fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain cost control
- Coordinate and motivate staff during shifts to maximize efficiency and morale
- Participate in secret shopper evaluations and implement improvement plans based on feedback
