Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain cost control
  • Coordinate and motivate staff during shifts to maximize efficiency and morale
  • Participate in secret shopper evaluations and implement improvement plans based on feedback
