Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Capacity to stand, walk, lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record if delivery duties are assigned
  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent math ability and multitasking skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in ordering, inventory, and cash management systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the shift including cost, inventory, and cash controls
  • Set the example by strictly following company policies and procedures
  • Oversee staffing, handle paperwork, and manage food quality
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Deliver excellent customer service and address customer relations
  • Participate in marketing efforts and work to achieve store profitability
  • Ensure attendance, punctuality, and transportation for work are maintained
