Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- Demonstrated success in financial management
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
- High standards for self and team
- Availability to work from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Eligibility to participate in performance-based bonus programs

- Manage restaurant operations to ensure financial success and high standards of quality and service

- Oversee scheduling and labor management
- Manage inventory and supply ordering
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations
