Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Experience managing financial results
  • Ability to create a great workplace culture
  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Availability to work hours consistent with restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure financial success and customer satisfaction
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment for team members
  • Maintain high food safety and quality standards
  • Implement company policies and procedures consistently
  • Monitor performance through secret shops and provide coaching as needed
  • Manage employee schedules and staffing to meet operational needs
  • Drive achievement of bonus performance goals related to food safety, financial results, and customer experience
