Job Requirements
- Two or more years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience managing financial results
- Ability to create a great workplace culture

- Availability to work hours consistent with restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure financial success and customer satisfaction
- Create a positive and motivating work environment for team members
- Maintain high food safety and quality standards
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
- Monitor performance through secret shops and provide coaching as needed
- Manage employee schedules and staffing to meet operational needs
- Drive achievement of bonus performance goals related to food safety, financial results, and customer experience
