Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to meet financial goals and maintain quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to create a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Oversee customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for staff
- Participate in secret shopper evaluations and implement improvements based on feedback
