Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to meet financial goals and maintain quality standards

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Oversee customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Conduct training and performance evaluations for staff
  • Participate in secret shopper evaluations and implement improvements based on feedback
