Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, walk, and provide physical exertion for an entire shift
  • prior experience in building maintenance/landscaping preferred
  • ability to lift and move 50 lbs
  • ability to work outdoors in all weather elements
  • self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
  • possession of a valid driver’s license preferred
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to work a varied schedule of days, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • provides event set up and break down services, general maintenance, and landscaping activities involved in the operations of all venue and exhibition & convention and exterior spaces
  • provide leadership and knowledge for temporary workers when applicable
  • deliver, execute, and follow up on assignments provided by supervisors/managers in a timely manner
  • ensure staff is working safely and are aware of proper safety guidelines
  • maintain a clean and safe work space
  • responsibilities will include event set-up/break downs, event coverage, landscaping and cleaning
