Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, and provide physical exertion for an entire shift
- prior experience in building maintenance/landscaping preferred
- ability to lift and move 50 lbs
- ability to work outdoors in all weather elements
- self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
- possession of a valid driver’s license preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to work a varied schedule of days, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- provides event set up and break down services, general maintenance, and landscaping activities involved in the operations of all venue and exhibition & convention and exterior spaces
- provide leadership and knowledge for temporary workers when applicable
- deliver, execute, and follow up on assignments provided by supervisors/managers in a timely manner
- ensure staff is working safely and are aware of proper safety guidelines
- maintain a clean and safe work space
- responsibilities will include event set-up/break downs, event coverage, landscaping and cleaning
