Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a manufacturing or construction environment with hands-on assembly or construction work
- eligible to work in the united states
- ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong balance, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity
- ability to meet visual and auditory acuity requirements
Job Qualifications

- experience in a manufacturing or construction environment with hands-on assembly or construction work
- familiarity with hand and power tools and mobile equipment preferred
- experience in modular construction or prefabrication is a plus
- combination of education and experience demonstrating proficiency in essential job functions

- proficiency in using hand and power tools
- basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- operate and maintain tools and equipment to support installation, assembly, and repair tasks
- install and assemble components and fixtures according to project specifications
- conduct routine site maintenance and janitorial tasks to promote cleanliness and safety
- identify and resolve basic issues during construction processes
- collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
- follow detailed instructions and plans to complete tasks accurately
- communicate progress, material needs, and issues to supervisors or management
- manage time effectively to achieve project goals
- promote and follow safe work practices in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- maintain consistent, full-time onsite attendance to support project needs
- perform additional duties as assigned
