Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good physical condition to handle labor-intensive tasks
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to commit to high level of customer service
- Previous experience in moving, hauling, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Look, act and be a friendly college hunk starting with the uniform and attitude
- Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefits prior to giving an estimate ensuring satisfaction
- Handle customer belongings with care
- Safely operate trucks and equipment
- Haul household items, scrap metal, donations
- Meet revenue goals and benchmarks
- Perform daily truck inspections
