Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
- reliable transportation to and from the work site
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- capable of following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE
- ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas
- assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers
- organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area
- support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers
- perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties
- help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed
- follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
- report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately
- perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
