Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in industrial or construction environments preferred
- must be physically capable of performing manual labor
- ability to operate heavy machinery preferred
- willing to work in varying weather conditions
- must adhere strictly to safety protocols
- flexible to work extended or overtime hours
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry preferred
- knowledge of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production principles
- mechanical skills including familiarity with industrial tools and their usage
- ability to work overtime and extended hours
- capacity to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- strong commitment to safety practices
Job Duties
- Promote safety according to MSHA and company standards
- perform general physical activities such as cleaning, washing, sweeping, and shoveling materials
- repair and maintain plant equipment
- inspect equipment and structures daily to ensure safe and reliable operations
- operate heavy construction equipment and cleanup loaders
- assist coworkers in servicing and adjusting equipment
- perform additional duties as assigned
