Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 10lb pans throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to push and pull 220lb pan carts multiple times during an 8-hour shift
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Flexibility to work any shift during training and after training
  • Adherence to GMP and quality management procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Ability to lift 10lb pans throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to push and pull 220lb pan carts several times throughout an 8-hour shift

Job Duties

  • Monitor tray line to ensure an even flow of trays during production
  • Stack trays of bread onto pallets at a height of 20 to 26 trays high
  • Stack trays of bread onto dollies 24-36 trays high
  • Shrink wrap stacks of bread and stage them in a staging area for shipping to load onto outbound trucks
  • Assist with rotation of product in freezer
  • Assist with stacking trays 70 high for outbound shipments
  • Keep area clean and all barrels dumped
  • Follow all company GMP and quality management procedures to maintain high food safety and quality standards
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Must be available to work any shift during trainings and must be able to work all shifts after trainings
  • All other assigned tasks
