Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments preferred
- Previous experience in the food industry preferred
- Ability to work in a team-based production environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Flexible schedule subject to change under management discretion

Job Duties
- Operate and monitor high-speed continuous production lines
- Set up and maintain line equipment in the filling room
- Perform visual product inspections and regrades
- Communicate with team members to ensure process continuity and quality standards
- Maintain adequate stock of raw materials on the line
- Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of line equipment
- Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system as required
- Perform manual lifting and adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
