Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Have a reliable vehicle for work
- Ability to undergo background check and drug screening
- Availability to work full-time from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays
- Willingness to participate in paid training
- No prior experience necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time with consistent availability
- Basic physical fitness to handle manual labor including climbing ladders
- Friendly and self-motivated attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Clean glass at commercial and residential locations including retail stores, office buildings, and malls
- Perform ground-level window cleaning with some ladder work
- Travel between multiple job sites during the workday
- Complete minimal paperwork related to job tasks
- Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment
- Provide courteous and professional customer service
- Attend training and development sessions as required
