Job Requirements
- Must be able to operate a golf cart
- Basic reading abilities
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and carry 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to push or pull up to 200 pounds
- Capable of long periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and walking
- Able to work inside and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety procedures for chemical handling
- Must be able to work under wet and slippery conditions

Job Duties
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning programs for specific buildings and facilities as directed
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals safely and according to training
- Handle and log lost and found items properly
- Provide excellent and friendly guest service
- Greet guests with a positive and professional demeanor
- Monitor and report supply needs for restocking
- Report damaged items and guest issues to supervisors
- Assist with maintenance or guest services duties when qualified
- Follow safety protocols and procedures consistently
