Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Attention to detail focused on high-quality maintenance work
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills including experience with electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Job Duties
- Complete work orders on a daily and timely basis
- Respond to maintenance requests quickly to solve issues and minimize disruptions for guests and staff
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks for interior and exterior areas of the hotel
- Inspect and service equipment and facilities to prevent issues before they arise
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities including completed work orders and preventative maintenance
- Maintain all mechanical areas including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure in a safe, orderly, and clean condition
- Contribute to the hotel's commitment to providing the highest quality of service by ensuring that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards
