Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- basic computer literacy
- ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
- availability to work flexible daytime hours on a part-time basis
- physical ability to perform manual labor and handle maintenance tools
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- complete work orders on a daily and timely basis
- respond to maintenance requests quickly to solve issues and minimize disruptions for guests and staff
- execute preventative maintenance tasks for interior and exterior areas of the hotel
- maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including completed work orders and preventative maintenance
- maintain all mechanical areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure, in a safe, orderly, and clean condition
- contribute to the hotel’s commitment to providing the highest quality of service by ensuring that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards
