Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred
  • basic computer literacy
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
  • availability to work flexible daytime hours on a part-time basis
  • physical ability to perform manual labor and handle maintenance tools
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • meticulous attention to detail
  • strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including experience with electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

Job Duties

  • complete work orders on a daily and timely basis
  • respond to maintenance requests quickly to solve issues and minimize disruptions for guests and staff
  • execute preventative maintenance tasks for interior and exterior areas of the hotel
  • maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including completed work orders and preventative maintenance
  • maintain all mechanical areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure, in a safe, orderly, and clean condition
  • contribute to the hotel’s commitment to providing the highest quality of service by ensuring that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards
