Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management or leadership experience preferred
- thorough knowledge of standard methods, equipment, and supplies used in large-scale janitorial activities
- excellent internal and external customer service skills

- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily janitorial operations at the Nashville International Airport including maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- provide high-quality service
- train employees
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- ensure a safe working environment
- establish and maintain communication with customers, managers, and employees
- orientate and train employees
- assign, supervise, and inspect cleaners completion of daily janitorial tasks
- assist in completion of daily paperwork and quality check sheets
- conduct site safety and quality inspections including equipment, SDS, and PPE
- provide safety training and monitor PPE usage
- track and manage supplies and ensure timely ordering
- report employee issues to operations manager
- adhere to discipline and termination procedures
- follow safety policies and procedures
- schedule additional project work and handle other assignments as designated by project manager
