Job Requirements

- Knowledge of tools and materials used in janitorial services

Job Duties
- Oversee daily janitorial operations at Nashville International Airport
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train and orient new employees
- Assign, supervise, and inspect janitorial tasks completed by cleaners
- Assist in daily paperwork and quality check sheets
- Conduct site safety and quality inspections including equipment, SDS, and PPE compliance
- Provide safety training and monitor proper use of personal protective equipment
- Track and manage janitorial supplies and ensure timely ordering
- Report employee issues to operations manager
- Adhere to company discipline and termination procedures
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Schedule additional project work and handle other assigned tasks
- Supply each area with necessary supplies weekly
- Lift 10-20 lbs and maneuver 100-220 lbs pallets
