Job Duties
- Perform planned preventive maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas including mattress turning, vacuuming, stain removal, dusting, painting touch-ups
- Conduct room maintenance, repairs, and cleaning according to property's preventive maintenance standards
- Handle minor repairs such as adjusting loose toilet seats, changing bulbs, filling wall holes
- Thoroughly clean all surfaces in guest rooms including bathtubs, tiles, floors, walls, windows, mirrors
- Immediately report serious maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Comply with all company safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
- Provide excellent guest service by anticipating and meeting their needs
- Assist in moving items weighing up to 50 pounds and support lifting heavier objects with help
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods during shifts
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned
