Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work evening shifts
- Ability to perform physical labor including reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to comply with company safety policies
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and management
- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent such as GED
- Less than one year of related work experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Adherence to company safety policies and standards
Job Duties
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces including mattress inspection and furniture assembly
- Vacuum behind and under furniture, remove stains from carpets and upholstery, dust, touch up paint, and refinish furniture
- Ensure all room accessories and appliances are present and in perfect working condition, replace lighting fixtures, inspect grout and caulking
- Carry out miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing bulbs, and filling holes in walls
- Conduct comprehensive cleaning of surfaces including bathtubs, tiles, floors, walls, windows, and mirrors in guest rooms
- Immediately report serious maintenance issues, unusual findings, or safety hazards to management
- Comply with company safety policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets and confidential information
