Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends or nights if required
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Willingness to be flexible with work hours and duties
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Job Duties
- Clean the assigned area which could be an aircraft, building, hospital, warehouse, schools, universities, and other facilities
- Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds, empty wastebaskets, clean windows, restrooms and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties
- Be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Report any maintenance or safety issues found during cleaning
- Follow company protocols and procedures in all cleaning activities
