Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant relevant working experience
  • computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, AS/400
  • some knowledge of general and export computer application technology
  • some knowledge of international commerce including sales, payment terms, methods, customs regulations
  • strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • ability to work well within a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience
  • computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, AS/400)
  • some knowledge of general and export computer application technology desirable
  • some knowledge of international commerce (sales and payment term, method, customs regulations etc.) desirable
  • strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications
  • good teamwork skills and inclination

Job Duties

  • Administrative support to department management
  • daily inspection for KPI
  • maintenance of internal records such as vehicle logs and/or office equipment and general business support function as assigned
  • process invoices (internal & external) for Admin & Air department
  • provide support service to other Import/Export Agent for documentation general business support function as assigned
  • perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
  • communicate with vendors
  • collect information from the files or appropriate personnel for routine inquiries on office program or periodic reports
  • maintain office supply inventory and reorder supplies as necessary
  • support warehouse supervisors with employee timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting
  • help coordinate safety training and compliance documentation
  • ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • explain to subordinate or branch/office personnel supervisor's requirements concerning office procedure
