Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
relevant work experience in maintenance or property management
excellent communication skills
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
valid driver’s license for positions requiring travel between sites
availability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in property maintenance or management preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
basic knowledge of maintenance tools and safety procedures
ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
leadership experience for supervisory roles
familiarity with leasing processes and property management software is an advantage

Job Duties

perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks to maintain clean and safe living environments
assist in property upkeep and repairs ensuring timely resolution
handle resident inquiries and support leasing activities
oversee property operations and manage maintenance teams
conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services
manage administrative duties related to property management and tenant relations
