Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or be actively working toward one
  • Be available to work weekdays and weekends
  • Have availability for specific holiday and event dates including Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Member Guest Tournaments, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Eve

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or currently working towards one
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or golf course operations is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Serve members and guests in dining room roles including bussers, servers, and bartenders
  • Prepare food and assist in kitchen operations as line cooks, pantry staff, banquet prep workers, food runners, dishwashers, and snack shack attendants
  • Maintain clubhouse cleanliness and support house crew activities
  • Assist with golf course maintenance tasks including groundskeeping and horticulture
  • Support golf operations through roles in the pro shop and managing carts and bags
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure member satisfaction
  • Adhere to club policies and safety regulations in all departments
