Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or be actively working toward one
- Be available to work weekdays and weekends
- Have availability for specific holiday and event dates including Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Member Guest Tournaments, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Eve
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or currently working towards one
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or golf course operations is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Serve members and guests in dining room roles including bussers, servers, and bartenders
- Prepare food and assist in kitchen operations as line cooks, pantry staff, banquet prep workers, food runners, dishwashers, and snack shack attendants
- Maintain clubhouse cleanliness and support house crew activities
- Assist with golf course maintenance tasks including groundskeeping and horticulture
- Support golf operations through roles in the pro shop and managing carts and bags
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure member satisfaction
- Adhere to club policies and safety regulations in all departments
